    I didn’t realize your Vit D level had anything to do with heart disease. I never connected how a good night’s sleep would help either but, I’m sure it lowers stress.

      Yes, low Vitamin D levels can lead to a whole host of disease and illness! You have to request this test from your doctor and can be life saving!

    I am also surprised by the Vitamin D levels as it relates to heart disease. I am actually just starting to hear more about the importance of taking Vitamin D supplements … especially in the winter!
